Sky RISE Hub is a youth led maternal health and young family resilience initiative working to support vulnerable young people in Uganda’s urban informal settlements. Founded in 2026, the organization focuses on pregnant adolescents, young mothers, and young fathers who often face pregnancy and early parenthood without adequate health support, economic stability, or family guidance.
In many underserved urban communities, young mothers experience pregnancy while navigating poverty, limited access to services, and social isolation. Sky RISE Hub exists to change that reality by ensuring that young mothers are supported before childbirth, during delivery, and throughout the early stages of raising a child.
